TCK COURT BOOKING SYSTEM.

 

 

On 7^th November 2004 the “On Line” Courts’ Booking system has been introduced. This new system of booking is in line with the modern way of using the PC to transact any form of business. However, for the convenience of those who do not have internet facilities the system can also be accessed through the use of telephone.

 

To achieve this aim the following new regulations for Courts’ Booking have been introduced:

 

All members wishing to make use of Tennis Courts must open an account. If their
account is in debit, they will be unable to book courts.
A Pin Number is allocated to every member. Pin numbers will be issued on application to become member.
Cancellation of Courts may only be made by midnight of the previous night of booking.
Booking of Courts (internet and telephone systems) for the following week starts at 08.00 hrs.  From this time up to 12.00 hrs. only one court may be booked.  Later any number of courts may be booked.

The following are some useful notes of how to use both the “Internet” and “Telephone” systems.

 

Using the “Internet” System.

 

      1. Enter Website tennisclubkordin.com   (If the system is OFFLINE, please try again at some other time)

 

      2.    Click on “Court Sheet” in the menu bar.

      3.    Click on the slot you would like to book.                                                                                                    

      4.    Confirm your selection.                                                                                                                                                                  

 Using the “Telephone” System

 

To use the “Telephone” system Dial 21801823

 

`Dial the number sown above.

Follow the operator’s instructions.

Enter your PIN Code

Press 1 to book a Court.

Select the desired Day –( 1-Sunday, 2-Monday up to 7-Saturday)

The operator will tell you the available times on that day. Key in the desired time followed by #. For example, to book a court at 5.30pm key in: 530# or 1730#. Both times will be acceptable.

The operator will tell you the available Courts on that day. Key in the desired Court (1 to 4).

The operator will ask you to confirm the selection.  To confirm press #; to cancel press*.

 

NOTE:-   If one finds the line engaged, this means someone else is booking.   Try again later.  If there is no answer, the system may be undergoing maintenance. Try again later.
